We, “IndianArt Furnitures Pvt. Ltd.”, are a leading Manufacturing and Export organization of wooden handcrafted products and furniture. Our work process involves purchasing of raw wood logs by legal forests to final cartons loaded into the container, which comes out from factory after due quality inspection.We have in-house seasoning and chemical treatment facilities to ensure that every plank of wood, used in our products, is properly seasoned and treated to minimize any possibility of warping or wood worms. Our manufacturing and production houses are well equipped with the machines that are required to treat the wood under pressure with anti-worm chemical. Woods are then air dried naturally, at first and then dried by force to gradually remove the moisture, bringing it down to the required 8-10. After seasoning and treatment, the wood is selected and processed with modern machines as per the process, for accuracy. These modern equipments and wood working machines help us to achieve precision in design and dimension of product. We have designed our production system and process in such a way, so that committed delivery dates are achieved. In order to keep inventory costs low, on time delivery of the products has now become one of the most important aspects of the business. We ensure strict on time delivery schedules, so that our customers have optimum inventory and service for the end users. To keep consistency in product quality and to minimize the rejection level, we have precise inspection procedure at different levels of production. We have installed strict line and stage inspection procedures to keep our customers free from all the worries, related to the quality of the product they are receiving. After inspection, we provide a separate facility for customer QC to let them inspect the goods according to their procedures. All these things help us to keep our product price competitive. As prevention is always better than cure, we ensure strict Quality Assurance to keep all sorts of problems away, before they occur. We also understand that any problem at the customer level costs high for the company.
